Kelly J. Russell,* CPA is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at NCA Financial Planners. Ms. Russell began her career with a local public accounting firm and subsequently spent six years as a Financial Analyst with a manufacturing company. Since joining the firm in 1999, in addition to overseeing the daily operations of the firm, she has developed and implemented numerous systems and procedures to ensure compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations. She holds a Series 7 General Securities Registration as well as Series 24 General Securities Principal and Series 66 Registered Investment Advisor and State Law registrations. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting from John Carroll University.
